2. Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details you provide: name, delivery address and email address. We also automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and operating system, to help us improve the site.

3. Consent & use

By providing your details to complete a purchase, you consent to us collecting and using them for that transaction only. If we ask for your details for another reason, such as marketing emails, we will ask for your express consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Analytics & marketing tools

The site uses third-party tools that rely on cookies to measure audience and performance: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), Klaviyo (email), and anonymised usage analysis tools. You can accept, refuse or configure non-essential cookies via the consent banner and your browser settings.

5. Payment security

We never store your card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal).

6. Sharing

Your data is only shared with the providers strictly necessary to run the store: host, carriers, payment providers and email tools. We never sell your data.

7. Your rights

8. Retention

Order data is kept for the duration of our commercial relationship, then archived in line with legal retention periods. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.
