Terms of sale

Article 1 — Scope

These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Arken Lighting and any customer making a purchase on arkenlighting.co.uk. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products & prices

Arken Lighting offers outdoor wall lights and related lighting accessories. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Orders & payment

An order is final once full payment has been received. Accepted payment methods: card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed over a secure (SSL) connection; no card details are stored on our servers.

Article 4 — Shipping & delivery

Delivery is free across mainland United Kingdom. Orders are prepared within 3 working days; transit takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch — an estimated total of 5 to 7 working days. Arken Lighting cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal & returns

You benefit from a statutory 14-day cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), extended to 30 days from receipt by our returns policy. To start a return, contact contact@arkenlighting.co.uk and follow the process described in our Refund & Return Policy (mandatory questionnaire, approval before shipping, tracked return). Return postage is at the buyer's expense. Refund is issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Article 6 — Guarantees

Products are covered by the statutory guarantees of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods as described, fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality), plus the Arken 2-year  commercial guarantee: any defect covered is remedied by repair or replacement at our expense. Faulty or non-conforming items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Article 8 — Governing law & disputes

These terms of sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
