1. Scope

These terms govern the use of arkenlighting.co.uk. By browsing or ordering on this site, you accept them in full.

2. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (text, images, logos, brand) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Arken Lighting. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.

3. Sales & transactions

All sales are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and payment terms, available in the site footer. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP); delivery is free. Payment is secure (SSL) via card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay — no card details are stored on our servers.

4. Statutory guarantees

Products are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods as described, fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality) and by the 14-day cancellation right of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, extended to 30 days by our returns policy. Every Arken light is additionally covered by our 2-year guarantee.

5. Liability

Products must be used as intended. Mains-powered lights must be installed in accordance with UK wiring regulations — if in doubt, use a qualified electrician. Our liability is limited to the order amount. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
